Once we finalize your request you will recieve your solution as a document (depending on the request itself it can be a document, presentation, diagram etc.). Within 2-3 business days your solution will be ready for your approval.
We will revise our solutions until you are 100% satisfied
If you will have any questions or suggestions we will modify our solution until you are 100% satisfied with the outcome. We will not close any request without your approval.

For both plans you can submit unlimited requests into our ticketing tool and we will work at one request at a time (we will not work on multiple requests in parallel). For Entry, we will solve 2 requests per month where for the Standard plan, there is no limit, we will solve as many as technically possible within a month. Also the proposed average delivery time we commit to in the Standard Plan is shorter than in the Entry plan.
Involving IT consulting companies comes with some disadvantages which you won’t see at first but you’ll notice them along the way. Firstly, the services are expensive as an hour of a consultant costs sometimes hundreds of euros. Secondly, you will receive a quote which is aimed at boosting their hours consumption and to support that you will get a lot of lengthy documents with little 'meat' inside. On average, from the moment we move the task to execution, it will take approximately 2-3 business days for Standard plan customers and approximately 7 business days for Entry plan customers. The delivery time mentioned above is strictly related to the complexity of the task provided.
You will receive a document (could be an excel file, diagram, presentation or word document depending on the type of request you will send). The document will contain our proposed solution with proposed plan and implementation steps.
In case of large requests, we will break them down into a group of smaller requests and process them one by one.
Once you subscribe to ITSM Helper, you will receive a guide and a dedicated kanban board, where you can submit your requests. This board will be visible only to you and our team, which means it will be fully secured from any other parties.
